Why people fear about bachelor tenants?

I really don't understand why house owners have dead fear towards bachelor tenants even if they are corporates or government officers..??

What do they think..guys when they stay with families they are "Ramas" and if they stay alone would they behave like "Rakshashas"..??

There are two types of Human behaviours.
1)Individual behavior
2)Group behavior

Asians would behave very decently when they are alone and may not be so decent when they are with a group.. But Europians and Americans would behave very decently in group andvice-versa happens when they are alone..(Courtesy:Psychological Analysis,The Week)

Atleast,house owners can fear in keeping students as their tenants since that is a different mentalitic stage when guys would have lesser responsibilities.. But a guy who works in an MNC or in a government administrative sector,is different from a student and has lot of responsibilities."Apartment available for Rent(Only for families or Girls)"

Do they consider bachelors as irresponsible guys..? Once upon a time, All the fathers were sons, all these family men werebachelors …(They know what bachelors would do..Thats Y they avoid them..Is that?

J)The son of this house owner may stay in some other city where he doesnt find a house because of this "Bachelorophobia" among the house owners..What are the hazards a guy can do to his house owner..

1) Playing "Shakira" and "Britney" in full volume
2) Bringing lot of friends in weekends
3) Keeping a check to the owner by a single look at his beautiful(!) daughterO.k.

If the above mentioned are the main problems(lots are there),what about the bachelors who have convinced a house owner and got a house for rent..?

1)Don't they have music systems.?
2)Don't they have friends.?

3)Doesn't the owner have a beautiful(!) daughter.?

Problems will be there even if You keep families for rent..

Guests would come and they stay for weeks,Children scribble in the wall,Water is spent much,Abnormal rents would not be accepted,there would be more intrusions and lot of chias in apartment associationmeetings..
